Consultation fees for Canadian Immigration matters:
When you need help with your Canadian immigration matter, nothing can be scarier than hourly fees. At First-Trust Law, we are committed to providing Canadian immigration flat rate fees. When you know what an application, review or general assistance will cost in advance, you can proceed with confidence. If your matter is not covered by our Canadian immigration flat rate fees, then ask. We may be able to add it to our Canadian immigration flat rate fee list.
However, our flat rate consultation fees for all immigration matters is $350.00. This is a no-commitment fees, and will cover our 45mins consultation to explore options available to better assist you to success in your immigration matter. Further to our initial consultation, we would then decide the appropriate flat rate fees to cover your matter and based on our Retainer Agreement.

We specialize in family sponsorships, covering spouses (married, common-law, or same-sex), dependent children, and other family members to help reunite loved ones in Canada. We also assist with various economic pathways, including the Canadian Experience Class and applications for investors or entrepreneurs.

Our office handles temporary visa applications, visitor permits, and work permit renewals or extensions. Additionally, we assist with study permits to help international students pursue their education in Canada.

We offer assistance with citizenship applications, criminal rehabilitation, foreign child adoption, and immigration appeals (limited to the Immigration Appeal Division and Refugee Appeal Division).

Note: We DO NOT do appeals at the Federal Court, but we can always refer you to other law firms that will assist further. For those who prefer to handle their own applications, we provide a professional review of self-completed immigration forms at a transparent flat rate.
