Our fees are straightforward: $42.00 for the 1st document, $21.00 for the 2nd, and $10.50 for each subsequent document (3rd and 4th). For specialized Guarantee Certificates, the fee is $200.00. We accept payments via Cash or Interac e-transfer for your convenience. Please note that GST applies to all services.
Every notarization at our office involves a identity verification and a document inspection by a Licensed Lawyer. This ensures that the document is regular and ready for the administration of an oath or declaration. In the vast majority of situations, our fees remain fixed as listed unless the document requires specific legal advice.
In a vast majority of situations, our fees do not vary. If you are signing a document that requires legal advice by our Lawyer, additional fees may apply. For example, personal guarantees, dower consents, & separation agreements are governed by statutes that require the attention of a Lawyer and in some instances require that you retain a lawyer in order to create a legally valid document.
