Services Offered
Each Notarization Service includes:
- Affixing one notarial seal (Gold or plain) and one signature to your document;
- Administration of oath, affirmation, or declaration relating to the document;
- Verification of identity of the person seeking notarization of the document; and,
- Inspection of document by a Licensed Lawyer to confirm that it is complete and regular.

Same day Service
NB: In a vast majority of situations, our fees do not vary. If you are signing a document that requires legal advice by our Lawyer, additional fees may apply. For example, personal guarantees, dower consents, & separation agreements are governed by statutes that require the attention of a Lawyer and in some instances require that you retain a lawyer in order to create a legally valid document.
